What to Expect

My one wish for you and your retreat experience is that you have fun, relax, reset, try new things, get out of your comfort zone and revitalize your spirit.

Yoga is for Every BODY and everybody. Regardless of where you are at in your journey, yoga will meet you there. It doesn’t matter if you are flexible or uncoordinated or a beginner. My yoga teacher, Jesse Cassady would say: “We’re all beginners. Just some of us have been beginners longer.” Our lovely practitioners will guide you through your experience and meet you at the edge of your comfort zone and gently guide you through a variety of yoga methodologies at our Beachfront Island Home for the week.

Never tried Free Diving? Now’s your chance! Promise (and no fingers crossed) that it’s not that scary or serious. We’re going to snorkel and duck dive to see some cool stuff while integrating our yogic breathing techniques and surface until we’re ready to do it again!

What’s Ayurveda you say? Well the Vedas (OG YOGIs) would say it’s the Science of Life. I’d say it’s small daily rituals that will lead you to a better “more juicy” you.

ABOUT ROATAN

Roatan is the second largest coral reef in the world. An island paradise off the coast of Mainland Honduras that is home to the loveliest people you’ll ever meet. This little island will charm you the moment you set foot on it. Spend your free time snorkeling, diving (scuba or free diving), riding through the mangroves, exploring the canopies, zip lining, or take a water taxi to West End for some shopping! Trust me on this one. You don’t want to miss the experience! There’s even a sloth sanctuary!
