Sitting and breathing. Breathing and sitting. Seems simple right? It’s far from it. Anxiety is a symptom of our fears. Our minds have a tendency to write its own story. Meditation helps to bring us back into our bodies to feel more, to give our brains a rest and stop the cycle of spiraling out of control.
